The Denver Post Community Foundation
The Denver Post Community Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, operates within the Denver Post Community and serves to fulfill its mission to improve and enrich lives of those in our community through support of programs that benefit arts and culture; children and youth; education and literacy; and the provision of basic human services. In July 2017, after 25 years, the annual holiday fundraising campaign Season To Share became a program of The Denver Post Community Foundation. The 2017/18 Denver Post Season To Share presented by DaVita will grant $1,850,000 to 49 Metro Denver nonprofit organizations operating life-changing programs that nourish those who experience hunger, protect children and families in need with medical care, prepare children and youth for success in the classroom and in life, and house families and individuals in need of a permanent home. Grantees will be announced in mid-March.
