It’s time for the 2026 Colorado State Spelling Bee

The online spelling and vocabulary test takes place Thursday, February 19, 2026, with top scorers advancing to the finals on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Sturm Hall, on the University of Denver campus. We can’t wait to cheer on the state’s top spellers as they compete for the championship trophy and an all-expense-paid trip to the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.
